We are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and maintaining clear, fair policies.

Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assess your request, we may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Skin Reactions
As individual skin types vary, we cannot guarantee how your skin will respond. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for adverse reactions.

We strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing ingredient lists carefully
  • Performing a patch test prior to use

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
